At Eros Traveller's, on General Luna Street, rooms are cheap and clean: between 7 to 10 US$. The bad part is that the majority of rooms have no windows. At the Family Pension House, on the same street, rooms are a little better, and there is also a restaurant. Prices don't differ much, maybe 2 or 3 $ more expensive.
