At the Marina, on Diversion Road, they serve lots of tasty Filipino dishes, in an open-air restaurant. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the view you have is splendid, since the restaurant is situated on a bridge. Meals are rather cheap, between 1 and 5 US$. It's worth a visit-only for the "vista", if not for something else.
