During the weekends, Manila is everything you've ever wanted! Traffic is closed in the centre of the city at night, so everyone is free to walk and listen to the numerous bands that sing after sunset. Along Roxas Boulevard, there are plenty of restaurants open all night long, as well as karaokes, where every singer-good or bad is welcome.
