I was astonished to see that at the canteens on Santa Monica Street you can have the best adobo ever(traditioinal filipinese food) for only 70 peso(1,5 US$). You couldn't imagine anything better than that, when you;re short of money. If you're keen on Chinese, Rickshaw bar&Resto will serve you the best noodles and rice for only 2,5US$.
