There are buses that pass through Makati and Cubao where the shopping area is, bus fares range from 6 to 15 peso on regular buses and from 9 to 20 peso on air-con buses, destinations are displayed on windows. Jeepneys head south from Ermita or Malate along A Mabini Street to Rizal Park and other sights or post offices. Toyota Fx Vans with similar routes have fares around 15 to 30 peso. You can take a taxi for a longer ride, but check if the driver uses the meter.
